Tiffany Pardazi, of Decatur, AL and Matt Wehby, of Birmingham, AL were united in marriage April 19, 2005 on the white sand behind Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, Alabama. The engaged couple were in the midst of a tour with Disney on Ice, Monster’s Inc., and did not have the time to plan their wedding. They asked their moms, Sue Denson, bride’s mom, and Vickie Wehby, groom’s mom, to plan the event. Wedding planners, Sheryl Lindsay and Sheila Newman of Orange Beach Weddings helped them realize their dreams. In the middle of the Disney on Ice Tour, the couple stopped in Orange Beach for their long awaited wedding. Pastor Rick Long officiated their vows with over 85 guests in attendance. The guest list also included 30 members of the cast of Monster’s Inc. The cast were performing in Biloxi, MS and chartered a bus to the wedding. Matt’s father, George Webhyand mother, Vicki Webhy walked him down the bridal path. Mr. Wehby was also the best man. Bridesmaids included Brooke Poiroux, Jessica Wilson, Jessica Shortand Jeanne Webhy, sister-in-law of groom. Groomsmen included George Webhy, George Anthony Webhy, Josh Dindon, Dustin Rousseau. The flower girl was Mary Claire Webhy, and sisters, Bailey Micaela Wehby, Emma Jean Webhycarried the bride’s train. After the I Do’s were said, the wedding couple, directed by the officiate, united their vows with a sand ceremony. Next was the releasing of two-dozen butterflies. Matt’s brother, Anthony Webhy recited the butterfly poem to commemorate the ceremony. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the reception room of Phoenix VI which overflowed into the pool area. Entertainment was provided bya 3 piece band. At 10:00 pm the bride and groom were transported by limo to Phoenix X for their honeymoon.
