From day one, we are here for you with any questions and concerns you mave have and any ideas or advice that you may need. We like to refer to ourselves as more of friends to our brides than just a service.
This is the general process for planning your wedding with us:
1. Contact Orange Beach Weddings, and we will talk with you about your wedding basics, what you envision, and your's and your fiance's style.
2. Once we have a general idea of what you are looking for and what you need for your wedding, we will put together a proposal for all the services we will provide for you. Any services provided are taken care of from now until the wedding day by Orange Beach Weddings, which means you don't have to worry about it.
3. To save your date with us, we require a deposit which is deducted from your total.
4. If you are able to meet with us, we will show you venues, meet with vendors (i.e. florist, bakery) and see their work, and work on the details of your wedding. We will provide you with ideas and inspiration and you can show us your ideas for your wedding.
5. There is an unlimited number of phone calls, emails, and meetings that you can have with your wedding planner so you never have to worry, just contact us and we will take care of it.
6. Once the details of your wedding have been planned, all you have to do is wait for the big day. If you would like to change anything, just let us know.
7. Once your big day is here, you can relax and pamper yourself-all of the wedding is taken care of!
Depending on the services your choose, we will set up your wedding and reception, coordinate all of the vendors, and make sure every detail is in it's place. Just watch as it all unfolds, it will be beautiful!
Choosing your Venue
Choosing your venue can be a tough decision, there are so many beautiful choices in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama area. Whether you choose to have a beach wedding at the public beach, at a condominium or beach house, on the shores of the bay, or at a local church we will help you negotiate and choose the perfect venue for your wedding.
For your reception, there are many indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from in the area depending on what you envision. We will help choose the reception venue that fits you and your fiance.
